Is it possible to get 20 attribute points in one attribute? Just wondering if it is would really like to know the most anyone has gotten. Just post answer and or most attribute points attained.

The highest you can go in any attribute using only attribute points is 12.
With a superior rune and correct headpeice, you can go up to a max of 16.

So, no. You can't have 20 points in expertise, marksmanship, etc.

Actually..

12 attribute points in fire magic
Elemental lord Luxon skill +1
golden egg +1
Staff upgrade +1
Superior rune on headset +4
Attribute upgrade on Balthazar shrine +1

When all comes together you get a whooping 20 attribute points for that rodgorts invocation you just cast..or whatever

That is when conditions are ideal only though...
Chances are on the low end for this to happen

then you can use a 20/20 set, which could potentially get it up to 17, a golden egg makes 18, one of the consets makes 19, you can buy blessings from shrines in cantha which make 20, i cant think of any more ways, but theyre probably are.

With PvE skills, a 20% +1 attribute offhand & a Golden egg you could hit 20. Youd have to wait for the 20% to kick in otherwise youd be at 19.

there are also skills/spells that will temp. raise your attributes also. there is a glyph and awaken the blood, prob more but those 2 are for sure.

doh! forgot about golden eggs, candy corn, shrines and all that stuff.

There's also Grail of Might which is +1 to all attributes.

i think the max you can get is 20 with those methods, anything above 20 will not be counted. so even if you have 16 fire + 1 golden egg + Glyph of Elemental Power + Elemental Lord (Lux) + Elemental Lord (Kurz) + conset, will still give you 20, instead of the 22 that it should be.

12+ 1(helmet)+3 (superior rune)+1(golden egg)+1(grail)+1(blessings)+1("Master of my Domain" inscription")

the u can use elemental lord and Glyph of elemental power for elementalists to get to 24 points, and awaken to blood on necros to get to 22 points.

Along these same lines I have seen people advertising that they are 16/16 prot/smiting. How would someone be able to do that when you can only have one rune stack at a time? Maybe I am missing something simple here?

runes of the same kind dont stack, for instance if i had 3 superior strength runes on ym armour only one of them would give me the +3 the others would just make me lose extra health, however if i had a sup axe a sup hammer and a sup sword rune on my armour, i would have +3 in all of them.

You can't use Elemental Lord of BOTH factions on the same bar.

awaken the blood + egg + candy corn + blessing+ cons + superior on head piece = 22 in blood or curses.

So 23 is possible with +1/20%.
